Barbara’s Crumb Cake

Total Time:  1 hour

Cake Ingredients:
1 Box Duncan Hines Butter Golden Cake Mix
4 eggs
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup vegetable oil

Crumb Ingredients:
6 Sticks of butter
2 Tbsp vanilla
8 cups flour
1 & 1/3 cup brown sugar
1 & 1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
Powdered Sugar
Cake Procedure:
With mixer, blend together cake mix, eggs, milk, and oil.
Spray non stick spray on an 11x17" jelly roll pan, and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
While cake is baking, make the crumbs.  After 20 minutes remove cake from oven, but leave the oven turned on.

Crumbs Procedure:
Melt butter, and add vanilla.  Set aside.
In a bowl, mix by hand the flour, both sugars, and cinnamon.
Pour butter mixture into the flour mixture and stir until all incorporated.  Mixture will be moist.
Cool while waiting for cake to bake.
After cake has baked for 20 minutes and removed from oven, crumble the crumb topping evenly over the cake.
Press crumbs into the cake gently.
Return to the oven for an additional 25 minutes.
Cool cake completely, then dust thoroughly with confectioners sugar.
