Onion Raita

Ingredients

Total Time: 10 minutes

1 red onion (chopped)
1 tsp salt
small handful of mint leaves (chopped)
small handful of cilantro (chopped)
1 – 2 cups plain yogurt (depending on the size of the onion)
1 green chili (optional – chopped)

Procedure
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for at least an hour before use.
